A Word About Our Realtors

Barbara Shannon has been a licensed broker for approximately 32 years, and has won the respect of buyers and sellers alike with her dedication and knowledge of the real estate industry.  She has a BS and MS in home economics education from SUNY Plattsburgh.    Barbara lives in Valatie.

Deborah Novack born and raised in Columbia County she has knowledge of all areas of the county. Formerly office manager for David Starkman, DDS for 16 years, she pays attention to detail and listens to customer needs. Deb has been in the real estate business for 9 years.

Karen Williams is thoughtful and hardworking knowledgeable about investment values in real estate. Karen and her family resides in Stuyvesant Falls.Karen has been in the real estate business for 8 years.

Susan O'Brien is a Columbia County native with a degree in interior design from Parsons School of Design in NYC. An active member of The Garden Club of Kinderhook, Susan currently lives in the Village of Kinderhook with husband Thomas Nicholson and children Michael and Natalie. 

Kim Voltz has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1990.  She is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a BS in business.   She is a life long county resident of  Columbia County and was born and raised on a local dairy farm.. Kim lives in Kinderhook with her husband Paul and two children David and Eliza.

Esther Anderson is the broker of record at the Anderson Agency with 35 years of experience in both sales and listing of all types of village and country properties throughout Columbia County. Esther owns a farm in the Stockport/ West Ghent area.

Mike Castellano lives locally in Valatie with his wife and two daughters.  Having graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Michael has held kitchen positions in world renowned restaurants such as Lutece, Le Cirque, and the The Plaza Hotel.  Besides his culinary experience, Michael has had numerous years of experience as a loan officer for a mortgage banker and a title insurance company.  His family also owns a wine shoppe in the Hannaford Plaza in Valatie.  It is because of his background Michael will ensure an expedited, hassle-free experience whether buying or selling  a home.  Email Michael .or call him directly at 518-505-4811.
